I keep waiting for things to get bad with Blythe, but she proves herself a most excellent baby at every opportunity.
Case in point – she’s been sleeping in her own room the last three nights with no problems. In fact, she’s gone from waking up twice, to waking up only once. She falls asleep at about 8 pm (usually downstairs while we’re hanging out, then we move her to her bed when we go to bed), and then gets up for the day somewhere between 6 and 7 am. When she wakes up to eat in the middle of the night, I’m up with her for 30 minutes or less.
Often I’ll lay Blythe on a blanket on the floor while I’m trying to get things done, then look over a few minutes later to find that she’s dozed off completely on her own. Cate and Meg NEVER did that. Ever.
This baby is truly a dream.
