The heat here has been killer lately. It really doesn’t put one in the mood to eat a huge, heavy supper. So recently I decided to do something different – have an all fruit supper.
Here is a photo of last night’s supper, one we all really enjoyed.
For an extra nutritional boost, I also served yogurt and some almonds. Yummy.
So cool and refreshing!
